Your registration may only be cancelled in writing. You can cancel, free of charge, at any time up to no later than four weeks before the summit. In case of cancellation between four and two weeks before the start of the event/training course, the customer will be liable for 25% of the registration fee (including the catering package, if applicable). What happens if you inform us of cancellation within the last two weeks before commencement or if you fail to attend without informing us of cancellation? In this case, we are unfortunately obliged to charge the full registration fee (including the catering package, if applicable). If you are unable to attend, you may allow a substitute to use your registration. Cancellations or substitutions can be arranged through communication by email to email@example.com
Cancellation policy for groups
In view of the group discount already granted, it is not possible for individual persons within a group registration to cancel. But it is possible to send a substitute for the person who cannot participate. Substitutions can be arranged through communication by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
What if you are unfortunately held up for any reason and cannot attend the summit? You may apply for a substitute to replace you, and do so free of charge. Substitutions can be arranged through communication by email to email@example.com
